How to take an online class?
Currently using a platform called Zoom. you’ll need a computer, tablet or phone, and a good internet connection. There are pics words & links here to begin​​

First time on Zoom? download the zoom app. it's free, and you can use it on any device

You make choices to be seen and share or be private,

Please stay muted unless asked to share.. the sound is important to all, and each mic changes it.

Computer will give you the greatest flexibility to see and interact.

Phone will give you freedom to move or be anywhere.

Arrive early and get oriented

Use external speakers or headphones to really enjoy the music.

Make space to move in! Share with friends and have family join if you desire.

Have what you need nearby.. water, a journal, or creative play tools.. this is a physical experience. Include your environment

You can choose speaker view or Grid/Gallery view – you can toggle between the two to see the difference. Upper right corner on a computer screen.

You can also choose to dance with video off, you’ll miss that joy of being in connection.. turn it on or off anytime.

Stay MUTED.. turn off a small icon that looks like a microphone, this helps the sound quality for everyone! And you can be expressed as loudly as you choose, (respecting your neighbors!)

The Host can mute and unmute everyone. But make it easy so we can dance too!

CHAT feature – allows you to communicate with Host, and the rest of the group.. you can send a private message to a friend as well..

Name yourself, so we can see who you are even if you turn video off. .it's under the 3 dots on computer view.
Missing moments?

This will have recorded audio, your dance and all our dances are private and will not be shared.. please respect the privacy of all by not recording this visually..

Music and voice will be uploaded to Mixcloud afterwards so you can revisit, or dance when you need.
