the first part of class is a sweat your prayers; an hour where
music is the teacher
encompassing the 5 Rhythms™.
in the second part of the class we will go on a guided journey
together, exploring breath, becoming fascinated with our bodies,
our movements, our dance, our relationships to self, others,
and the tribe.
drawing from the roots of the
work; 5 rhythms, soul motion, and what is current in our bodies,
we craft a time for our sacred depths and our ecstatic selves.
